Stay for a while...

The island has many moods which vary with the weather, tides and seasons. Time spent on the island is usually a pleasant and restful rejuvenation and re-connection with nature. To enable you to fully experience and tune in with the natural rhythms that constitute island life, we recommend stays of 3 or more nights. Like other guests, you're likely to feel that you've had a long and restful break. Price to rent the only house on Elizabeth Island for yourself, with on-site caretaker in separate accommodation away from the house:

$400 per night up to 4 people (3 nights minimum)
weekly rate up to 4 people $2200
$500 per night up to 6 people (3 nights minimum)
weekly rate up to 6 people $2400

This pricing is on a walk-in, walk-out basis, leave the house as you found it. Extra fees apply for cleaning afterwards - $250.

Payment, including a refundable bond of $1000, must be made in advance.

There is a nightly surcharge if you would like to use the island without the on-site caretaker in attendance (please enquire for details).
